1. Get enough rest. Our body is basically composed of cells and these cells are also worn out all through the day because of work and exposure to harmful elements. During rest or sleep, our body cells repairs and renews itself.
2. Remove dull-looking skin. Removing dull skin means exfoliating old skin. Exfoliating also encourages the renewal of the skin cells which results to a radiant and fresh looking skin.
3. Stay away from Bad Habits. Avoid bad habits such as alcohol and cigarettes because they only do damages to the skin.
4. Hydrate yourself as much as possible. Drink lots and lots of water. Keeping yourself hydrated will help you avoid haggard and dry looking skin. This will also keep your feeling fresh and energized.
5. Exercise. Exercise helps keep the body fit and prevents faster aging. It also helps in strengthening your bones and improve your complexion.
