Immunity Boosting Foods to Fight Flu

During these rainy seasons, it is always inevitable to in one way or another have a devastated flu.  And since it is quite unavoidable to have such cold weathers, here are some foods that can help you fight and prevent flu.

Did you know that Garlic whether cooked or uncooked are rich in immunity boosting nutrients? Other than garlic, onions, ginger, and leeks are also a good source of immunity boosting elements.

Eating foods that are rich in zinc id also another way to boost up your immunity. Lean meat are great providers of zinc, but if you are a vegetarian, then you can go for wholegrains or whole wheat foods.

If you are a lover of vegetables and is found of eating green leafy vegetables, then good for you cause leafy green vegetables are actually abundant of elements that boost immunity. Examples of these vegetables are spinach, broccoli, bok choy, etc.
