Beauty and Health: Skin care Tips

Having a lovely and healthy skin is one of the things women sought about. Being able to have a radiant skin not only makes us feel good, it also keep our confidence up. It is basically the most desired aspect of beauty. However due to some factors such as environmental and genetic ones – it is sometimes inevitable to damage our skin.

Here are some tips on how to maintain a healthy and great skin:

1.    Get enough sleep. Sleep helps our body to rejuvenate from stress from work and the whole days activity. It also helps the cells to renew and re charge.

2.    Eat Healthy Foods. Eating healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits and lesser processed meat and cholesterol will likely keep our skin have enough nutrients and vitamins that it needs in order to be more radiant and healthy.

3.    Don’t go to tanning Salons. Having your skin exposed to heat will absolutely damage your skin cells. Too must heat kills cells and makes  it age faster.

There are a lot more ways to take care of your skin. But nevertheless, you can always start at the most basic and simple one and it all leads there.
