Benefits from White Fruits and Vegetables

Though some fruits and vegetables may be lacking in its colour, it is still abundant in its natural nutrient and mineral contents.

Cauliflower though may be lacking in colour but its still packed with all the good stuffs. This vegetable promotes liver detoxification, cell detoxification optimization, protection against rheumatoid arthritis and cardiovascular benefits.  It also contains an excellent amount of vitamin C and vitamin K. Cauliflower also contains natural compounds that are found to fight cancer causing cells in the body.

The sweet and soft Bananas are likely to be less in colour but are absolutely full of nutrients. Best known for its potassium content, bananas are as well as used for controlling high blood pressure and further ulcer damage.

Potatoes are one of the most used vegetable crops in markets all over the world. It is not only rich in its carbohydrate contents; it is also abundant in vitamin C, vitamin B6, copper, potassium, magnesium, and fibre.
Other vegetables that are abundant in nutrients are garlic and onions.
